Here we inform you about the Steps we made and we will do, to ensure a stable and smooth operation of IVAO ALBANIA.
STAGE 1 - Creating a Sectorfile for Controllers and finding charts for Pilots.
STAGE 2 - Checking Facilities and their Rating requirements.
STAGE 3 - Determening Staff and their reponsebilities.
STAGE 4 - Evaluating local Procedures and habits and put them on Paper.
STAGE 5- Coordinating with other FIRs to ensure smooth handling.
STAGE 6 - Petition to the Board of Governors to officially open the Albanian IVAO Division.
